Live insects inside sealed packs
The dal itself seems of good quality but it required a lot of effort to clean of insects and insect eaten bits of dal. A few live insects were inside the sealed pack too which flew out during cleaning, meaning that the infestation is during the packaging stage and not afterwards. Definitely not recommended.

Quality is good. Packing also good. No foreign materials in dal. However it is costly.
