Awkward / literal translations out of English. Makes me wonder if the translator was a native Dutch speaker, or just used Google translated everything assuming kids won't notice. "Moo-moo cow" should not be translated as "Moo-moo koe" (koetjeboe?). Other awkwardly translated sentences are "Billy de geit smakt acht rode tomaten." and there are some downright spelling mistakes in there "Negen honden koekjes" is not the same as "Negen hondenkoekjes".

Very nice book... The pictures inside are very nice and my daughters love this book. It's easy and good for kids that wants to learn some Dutch. (Or learn English)

This is great for learning a few animals, numbers 1-10, and colors in Dutch. It has both the English and the Dutch on each page.

Love it, teaching my granddaughter the dutch langauge.
