Really great - I heated for longer than instructed
Used for neck and shoulder pain and worked really well, I heated for longer than instructed and it was great. Nice fleece lining

Use it mostly in evening or night time to relieve discomfort of neck pain due to Rheumatoid Arthritis flare up!

Great product!
Fits great and stays in place when walking around for the most part. Heats up in 90 seconds. Love the flap at top for the top of your neck. Really distributes heat well. My only negative is it smells too much of lavender. The scent stayed on my shirt for quite awhile after I took it off. Would recommend for neck aches.

This is easy too heavy for my father to lift up on to his shoulders.
It was a super idea, but my father lives alone, and can't put it on, and it's too big for his microwave. Super upset that it doesn't work for him.
