Insightful and well-written
If you’ve ever wondered what the Jehovah’s Witnesses are really like – then Eugene Walker’s “Jehovah’s Witnesses Exposed” is a book that should not be overlooked under any circumstance.I must admit that I was quite skeptical at first when I came across this book because, often when I come across authors that are writing about a religion in a negative light, the books usually seem to be filled with unfair biases and malicious slander that prevent an objective and well-thought out argument from being expressed. I was glad to find that this book is far from the aforementioned, and it is instead filled with plenty of strong evidence backed by solid research that made it easy for me to make up my own mind about Jehovah’s Witnesses.

Good book
This book is all accurate accept one part. One way to appeal to a current JW is not to outright lie about anything! Example: women are not allowed to wear pants or t-shirts. There was one paragraph in this book that made it go from 5 stars to 2. I grew up as a JW and have broke free. But any active JW will read that lie and it totally discredits this book. Why not just stick to the facts. Especially if we want to help people out of this religion.

Very Deep, Disturbing, Yet Interesting!
Very deep, disturbing, yet interesting. I've known many Jehovah's Witnesses and they seemed to be very happy on the inside. I would've never imagined that these sort of things are actually going on inside the organization. I recently went on YouTube and saw a video on "The Australian Royal Commission" with Geoffrey Jackson concerning CHILD ABUSE. These people are really IN A DREAM WORLD. I've always been curious to know many of their beliefs, but I'm glad I read this book first........I think I better keep this religion AT A DISTANCE!.......It's way too SECRETIVE and messy for me! Yes I would recommend this book for those trying to leave the group or curious. It has some good points in it. It gets 5 stars from me.

Maybe to content is OK, but I don't know. The type must be set at 10.1 or smaller. Then when special portions are emphasized, those quotes are in a lighter text making them even harder to read. I only read about ten pages before my eyes gave out. From the way this material is formatted and printed, it appears it was photo copied from a larger work. This is my assumption. I was interested in the material, but not being able to actually read it left me greatly disappointed.I hope someone can actually read the entire text and give it a full review.

Easy to read and follow
Easy to read and follow. This book is very informative in a way that does not demean or put down religion or other's belief systems. This read helps define and describe some scriptures that are somewhat skewed by the JW teachings. Reading this helped me formulate my own opinions and conclusions without the JW "spin." Good read!

Bad grammar.
The grammar in this book is atrocious. Someone should have proof read it. The phrase ' most happiest' was used more than once. Can't take this book seriously when the author doesn't know even the most basic English grammar rules.

This is just another one of those marketing books where the author writes on a host of different subjects. Unless you were raised, lived and breathed being a JW, no-one can actually understand what happens emotionally and mentally to people in this cult. Anyone can write a book based on information they get off the internet. What cannot be told in this book is the author's REAL LIFE experiences in this religion. If you want to know the real truth of this religion, read a book from someone who actually lived the life because there are plenty of truthful and unbelievable experiences.

Spreading lies author
I was raised as a jw. While i dont study anymore because of different reasons, i can tell you i was never abused, made to do anything i didn't want to or any other such things! They are actually a very peaceful people and loving religion. I dont know why a person who has never been a jw would make such accusations other then creating fear to sell a book.

Some interesting info...
I enjoyed this book a lot. It had quite a lot of unusual facts I wasn't aware of, and would be a good reference book for anyone interested in religion in general, or the Jehovah's Witnesses in particular. The author provides some good resources for those caught up in the religion and wanting to get out. All in all, worth the money.

Right about JWs, but wrong about Jesus?!
This is a readable, helpful, brief overview of the problems with high control JW Watchtower. Other resources are more detailed for the cost. The problem is that it still defends JW Arian heresy and uses the same basic proof texts. It denies the biblical, historical, orthodox Deity of Christ (Jn 1:1, 5:18, 8:58, 10:30-33, 20:28). Like Raymond Franz, it is good to escape WT, but ultimately futile for eternal life to reject Jesus as YHWH in the flesh.
