These party hats were cute, easy to put together, and brought a lot of laughter and enjoyment for our mostly adult birthday celebration attendees.

The hats don't fold properly into nice cones. The cotton tips above the hat is glued in a way that obstructs the assembly of the hats. Hats rip, bend and looks beaten when assembled. They come out looking lopsided and bent.Whoever made these has never assembled a party hat before. Nor have they tested it out before manufacturing/selling.Biggest waste of money.

Charming, good elastic with sprockets at the end so they were easy to thread through the holes on the hat. I used a strip of clear tape on the inside for reinforcement. The group of adults celebrating my friends 70th birthday thought they were charming and remarked on the nostalgic effect of them. Elevated a simple adults only dinner - Smiles while the cake was served.

Received most of them pink and found really difficult to assemble them. Are cute and looks great on toddlera

They’re super cute, but do not stay hooked together on their own. You have to tape them together.

The large pompom hats in particular are impossible to shape into the hat shape without ruining the cardboard. The smaller pompom hats are difficult but it works - it’s just kind of trashy looking overall. I took my time with it and followed the instructions, but it just wasn’t the overall effect I wanted. I think next time I would pay more money for Meri Meri or another assembled hat.
