Light blinks but heater doesn’t switch on. Even after power pressing power button on the remoteOnly the red light blinksChanged the battery in remote but same problem doesn’t switch onAfter I contacted the seller about the above issue , I have been sent replacement item that works now.

This unit come with a tiny remote that controls the watt outage however if this remote is misplaced or lost then the unit is useless as you cant turn the heat on. Disappointed as we have only just purchased it, and primrose have said they can’t send another remote out.

We ordered this for a covered area outside. It has to be positioned 50cm from the ceiling height which meant it was too low on the wall and even at this height, the wire was too short to reach the plug directly below the heater. In my opinion, you would need an electrician to sort out the electrics for this item which for us would have made it too expensive. We now have to pay for the return also so a very expensive mistake on our part.

Look great when it was up on the wall but within three weeks one stopped working and a week later the other one stopped working tried to returnBut apparently they’re out of stock until July Tried to choose an alternative but unfortunately that didn’t turn out to fruitionSo go ahead by but make sure you’re okay losing that amount of money kind regards disappointed customer

Both the heaters don’t turn on after very little use. Very poor for the money. Feel robbed. Only put them up mid May by an electrician and only used very few times.

Failed 2 weeks after warranty expired, thanks to Amazon they accepted a return, no longer available by the same supplier and found it much cheaper on Amazon with some one else, I am still waiting a refund though
