This tool is incredible. I'm a massage therapist and have been using these for nearly a decade. If you're a "no pain, no gain" person though, then this might not be for you. If you just care about the end result of a better feeling body, then this IS for you. The foam is soft, so it really does gently cradle your head and neck. There are so many different ways to use it, even on your mid and low back. It's fantastic for relief from headaches, TMJ disorder (jaw tension), whiplash and just general tech neck. It's part of our normal routine at home and an amazing thing to do before bed because it just calms my nervous system.
