Upset
No instructions. Crammed into a tiny package. Everything was smashed. This was the most important party for me and I feel so overwhelmed now that I have to figure out how to get things that were ruined from being smashed and folded and crammed. So upset.

Fair for price
Both of the 2s exploded when filling and one did not have much air in it. The cupcake toppers took a long time to assemble but banners were nice quality. Other balloons stayed inflated for weeks.

the balloons looked great but the 2020 popped within 10 minutes and they were not blown up that much

3 balloons had holes. All the products were not included.

Missing a letter
Gave us 2 Cs and no L so had to compromise. Also water bottle sleeves dont fit the water bottles. The good, lots of supplies came in one package.
