I bought this palette knife after the blades broke off of two of my other knives. This one is sturdy and well made, and for a good price. The handle in comfortable to grip, and the bend in the metal extension makes it easy to use without getting paint on my hands. The only downside is that it is harder to make a smooth texture because it has a very pointed tip, but I'm sure another artist could use this for great detail work.

I got this to replace a palette knife that had snapped after short (and not very forceful) use. The blade is a lot shorter than the one I had but I adapted quickly. I used this for the rest of the school year and it's exactly the same as when I got it, except for some paint on the handle that I never bothered to clean off.My only issue is that it is VERY sharp. I know that some people really like that in a knife, and it makes it very effective for scraping, but my issue was that after some time it would scrape a small hole through my palette and let paint get onto the next layer (wax paper type). Tbh it's not a big deal. The quality and sturdiness make it more than worth it. Great price, too. I usually go for the cheapest product I can find with okay reviews.

If you want a palette knife for more than just mixing, this is it. It's difficult to find them anymore that actually have the flexibility in the blade for painting with- but this line of knives has it! Really nice for palette knife work on a painting. Recommend.

I use this item to remove wax residue after I make wax seals, it has a safety handle and easy to clean; though one must be careful as it is pointy and sharp.

Der Griff aus Kunststoff sitzt fest. Es ist recht leicht, ich könnte mir vorstellen dass Malmesser mit Holzgriff etwas ausgewogener in der Hand liegen. Insgesamt bin cih aber zufrieden mit Preis-Leistung.

I am using my palette knife to apply gesso on my pages. The result is a smooth, flawless page with the minimum amount of gesso and no streaks. I am also using it to apply texture paste over stencils. Its fine tip makes it easy to pay attention to detail; the flexibility of the blade makes paste application an easy task. I am very happy with my purchase and thoroughly recommend this item!
