What a nice flavor and texture for our Thanksgiving fruit stuffing. Very pleasantly pleased with this product.

I like to eat them right out of the jar or mix them into other foods such as: tuna fish, chicken dinner or chicken salad, very good for adding into hot meals as well. Also good to use to make chestnut stuffing- much easier then what I used to have to do (boil, peel and get the chestnut out. It took a long time.

I love French Chesnuts in my stuffing for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Family recipe and it's just not the holidays with out them. Finding them in a store is next to impossible

I like these French chestnuts, but I find these very expensive. Thank goodness I only buy them for my dressing.

This was my first time working with chestnuts so I have nothing to compare it to, but it did taste and smell how others described like it should and it was prefect for my nipples of Venus recipe.

Seal on jar was compromised before I received it and chestnuts were rotten. I purchased early for Thanksgiving recipe but had to make last minute substitution. Expiration date on jar was in 2027, so that is not the problem.

Expensive but worth the price.
