Ez to install. No instructions included so most will need to go to Youtube. I had already done my research. Works perfect. Took me 30Seconds to install …. Looks OEM. Very pleased. Solved my broken button issue. Lifesaver.

If you are looking at this it is because you have window switches peeling and you don't want to pay hundreds of dollars for the entire module. These buttons are indistinguishable to me from the originals and they fit perfectly. I only used one and it matches the other buttons. Highly recommend, 10 minute fix. Do watch the videos on installation but don't use a screwdriver - buy the plastic car panel removal tool set so you don't mar your surfaces when you start doing more DIY on your Mercedes!

Look like oem and are fairly easy to replace.

I was surprised to see this item available on Amazon. It fits well and makes a smile on my wife's face which is very important, if not the most important thing. It was a little tricky to replace the old one because you don't want to push too far/hard and break something in the process. It has a set (I paid separately). After the successful replacement of the first one, I was confident enough to purchase the second one and replaced it as well. I recommend it!

Not worth the effort, the buttons did not snap into place properly.. it’s more cost effective to buy an entire new switch
