Great product and good quality

I’ve been drinking this for a week and I honestly feel like I can already see it’s effects on my skin. MySkin is really really clearing up, pores closed and my face looks brighter and more supple. I’m excited to keep consistent and keep drinking atleast 2 glasses a day as that’s what I’ve been doing. Hoping drinking this everyday along with my new skin routine (including nip+Fab glycolic cleanser, kojic acid bar soap, the rose water toner from Like it on top skin, alpha arbutin + Ascorbyl Acid from The ordinary & khiels collective brightening cream) clears up my skin completely so I’m left with clear, soft, hydrated, bright, poreless, spotless skin with no hyperpigmentation.I won’t be able to tell it’s affects on my hair just yet but I’m sure if it’s working on my skin it’s definitely at work on my hair and I hope to see great new thickness and growth in around a month.I also bought a glass jug (mine also from Amazon) so I can soak large amounts in water at a time (in comparison to a mason jar and drink over 2/3days before I blend the sprouted seeds to use as a face mask (which I still need to try), add oils to use as a hair mask (which I have tried and it is sensational), or refrigerate for later use and then go on to make a new batch.All in all I highly, highly, recommend these fenugreek seeds and hopefully will find a local Indian shop I can purchase the seeds from instead of through Amazon all the time just so I can buy from a local small business. It may be cheaper in store also.

First time on holy basil, early days to say but taste is good. Fine powder, add some olive oil to paste it.

I use this product on my skin to help with hyperpigmentation and dark marks. It really helps not only for my hyperpigmentation but also for the overall texture of my skin. My skin feels smooth and nourished after use, and also helps with inflammation and cystic acne. I have tried other turmeric powders but I recommend buying as close to organic as possible. The potency of this one feels good and authentic. My skin loves it!

The colour of the powder is dark brown, not sand as shown. The flavour is unpleasant, bitter and stale. The revious product i bought was light in colour, slightly sour and fruity. This is obviously heat dried and overdone. Any nutrients will be destroyed. Waste of money

it’s long process for a use but result is exactly worthy exactly as been described. especially my stomach were so upsets in past and after used i am feel so comfortable

The media could not be loaded.  Fenugreek seeds are said to help with a variety of issues. Soaked fenugreek seeds can be consumed every day in an empty stomach in the morning. But don’t eat more than 1 teaspoon of seeds every day.Fenugreek seeds are made of natural fibres, which can swell and fill the stomach, consequently smothering appetite and supporting weight reduction objectives.If you do not like the taste, you can add them to your curries. You can also grind to a powder and sprinkle on meat for flavour. They are used mostly in Indian dishes for their nutritional profile and slightly sweet, nutty taste.It has also been said that you can chew the seeds, but with these they are just too hard to do this but could if soaked, however, it does lose the taste a bit.Personally I preferred it as a drink, I boiled some seeds for a few minutes, you can see the water turning a pale yellow colour, drain the water into a cup and let cool before drinking. The taste was quite pleasant with a warming heat. I’m going to try for a few weeks and will update if any significant changes.
