Waste of money. Doesn't work
Recommended by a friend but it was waste of money. Doesn't work. Tried multiple times. Chapati or Roti becames very hard and dry. Try with oil but won't make such a difference. Don't buy it its a waste of money.

This is not a tortilla maker - it is a chapati maker - It does not work for corn masa tortillas
I have been making corn tortillas for years in the traditional way on a comal (a mexican heated steel cooking plate) but this machine does not work for them. The double sided heat plates cause the tortilla to disintegrate inside the machine due to the compressed steam.It may well make great chapatis - it is an indian machine designed for that

Roti and tortilla maker.
What a lovely roti press and cooker to have in the home. It has made life so much easier for my sister and I. We use it regularly and so happy we bought it. I would really recommend it to anyone.
