I had an older waffle maker but it only made enough for one person at a time. It took forever to get hot enough and also slow to cook. This waffle maker is easy to use and heats up fast. Light, fluffy waffles with a nice crispy crust made in a few short minutes.

Fabulous. I already made lots of waffles. It works quick, nothing sticks, and it is easy to clean. I am very happy with my purchase.

We have been on the hunt for a waffle maker that can navigate gluten free batter. This is it! We've used Pamela's and Cup4Cup recipes and all work great on this particular iron. Large pocket size makes it a breeze to pull finished waffles from griddle. Highly recommend.Cons: plastic handle gets stuck on occasion - more annoying than anything. No doneness setting - although for gluten free recipes - timing can be hard to determine so you'll have to play with settings a bit. We tend to set iron btwn 4-5 heat level and wait for all steam to dissipate before checking waffles for desired crispy level. Good luck!

I made waffles in it immediately, the first two batches were just test, becouse like a new cast iron pan you have too get rid of the taste of metal and let it begin getting a seasoned flavor. The third batch was perfectly crisp and flavored. This going to be one of my favorite appliances. So easy to use and clean, it was definitely worth the price!
