Directions

When preparing the tea, you should measure 5 grams (1 spoonful) pour 500 ml of boiling water and leave the tea to sit for 7-9 minutes. The best way to consume it is drinking half of it 15 minutes before breakfast, and the remaining half - 15 minutes before lunch.
