I was wondering where I could find a good quality organic matcha green tea powder and I was delighted to find your product. I have tried several different matcha green tea powders via Amazon and this is by far the best tasting matcha of all. When I told my Japanese born friend that I ordered matcha tea from Kyoto, she said to expect the best because that region was famous for their excellent tea. I used one teaspoon into my tea cup and added water and immediately the aroma of the tea promised that I indeed purchased an excellent matcha powder. A great quality matcha has a vibrant green color and is grown in Japan. You should be able to mix the matcha into water with very few clumps and the taste should not be as bitter. This matcha powder mixes very well, has no clumps and no bitterness at all. I highly recommend Finest Matcha.

I received my silver package of matcha green tea powder in MINT condition which left a very good first impression. I was drinking a pineapple matcha green tea latte from Starbucks when the package arrived. I immediately opened the undamaged seal to get a whiff of the green tea powder and noted the color was the same as my drink. The aroma of the powder smelled the same as my $5 drink which pleased me because I know I can make my own drinks save $$$. The taste is delicious and there is really not much of a difference. I just had to add pineapple juice, coconut milk and either four teaspoons (grande) or six teaspoons (venti) along with some ginger powder to make my green tea whenever I want. I'm a happy customer.

I like this matcha as much as the Teavana version, though i did expect a larger package of powder than i received. Taste is good if you like matcha, and i find it helps with mental clarity in the mornings. Days I drink this tea, i am more focused. If you are sensitive to caffeine like I am, don't drink this too many days in a row. I drink it maybe 3x/wk, as it is too much caffeine for me - headaches will follow if I have it every day.

Been using this for several months now for the primary purposes of (1) the super high alkalinity and (2) replacing coffee and its acidic effects. Acidic pH blood levels is found in all persons who have had cancer, among other illnesses. I drink this tea usually one of two ways. First is with hot water and almond milk or pea milk; creamy and delicious, taking the edge of the natural bitter flavor. Mix well. The second is with hot water and crushed ginger, for a mega probiotic/digestive healing effect that warms the stomach. Let the hunk of ginger sit in there for at least 5-7 minutes, adds “spice” to the drink. Either way, both are consumed with Kaffn8 natural liquid caffeine. GOODBYE COFFEE. Teaming this up with lots of veggies throughout the day will prolong your life and increase quality of life.

On the positive side, it's not clumpy, but it's also not very flavorful. The taste is a bit muted and muddy. Definitely disappointing. Would probably be fine for baking, but for lattes it's a dud. The search for a non ceremonial grade matcha to replace my discontinued favorite matcha continues!

I have tasted other Matcha green tea powders and this one is better. Good taste and very fine. Good for tea or cooking. Update: I changed brands because of the fishy smell. Maybe OK in Japan, but I did not like it.

Wow! I'm so impressed with the taste and quality of this matcha. I've tried several different matcha brands, mostly cerimonial because it's better.. but this tastes and looks like cerimonial without the price! So good! I'm definately buying again.

I paid good money before this, not writing a review because I got it for free like many of the other reviews here.This thing does nothing for me. No stimulating metabolism, losing weight or making me healthier. On top of that it has no taste. My normal green tea is way better. Don't waste your money, this is a rip off.
