I found it hard to believe tea could get me all the focus and brain benefits, but then I tried Theenk Tea and oh dear. I work in an office job and usually find it hard to focus - but as I was going with the program I suddenly realised I’m feeling happier, better and calmer, and I genuinely think it’s all thanks to this product. Highly recommend - I never spent that money on tea before but I do think it was worth it and helped me a lot.

I got these for my dad as he’s trying to be conscious his health and well-being. Therefore, all tasting opinions in this review are his, as I’m not one for herbal tea.Both of us were really impressed with the packaging. The three types of tea are separate in the box, and come portioned in “fancy teabags” as we’ve dubbed them. You get a little leaflet which lists all of the herbs within them (though not organised according to the designated time of day teabag they’re in), along with some other general health and well-being info, like the top recommended sports.At a first attempt of herbal teas, it was quite an experience for him. He started off with the “Night” tea, which was a little bitter at first taste. The “Morning” one was a bit more palateable. He was indifferent to the “Afternoon” one. He says he’s sure to get used to them with a bit more drinking.While I’m not sure we’d get them again (as the taste is very different to what he’s used to), I do believe this could be a nice program if you’re into herbal teas and such. It’s a little hard to judge it fairly since we have no herbal tea experience to compare it to, but dad seemed to enjoy trying something new!

I received mine 27 November 2021 with best before date of 24 October 2021! I hope that still works!

i got these as a present for my cousin and she was extremely impressed by the packaging and the fact that these look like a high quality product that you take for various times of the dayThats where the good bits end, after tasting them she found the morning and afternoon versions too herbal tasting and the night time one at least had a fruity hintShe's not found herself to be feeling any better and says it feels like she would get more from more widely available brands. I obviously had to try them out to double check and i must concur with her. They are way too strong tasting for me and I didn't like themwhen she found out the price she was astonished and was very skeptical about their valueI think overall this is more a style over substance product

To be honest, I can't speak to the efficacy of this tea... at the moment it doesn't seem to be having of an effect.But, am still sort of a fan. As you can see from the photo, the teas are separated into 3 groups: Morning Glory (this tea is designed to get you feeling peppy in the morning); Afternoon Madness (designed to get you through those afternoon sleepies if you're struggling to stay focused on your work), and Evening Delight (supposed to calm you down and help you to sleep.)The presentation is quite lovely - it would be a nice gift for someone who loves trying new teas... but that's sort of where it stops. I didn't love the flavour of any of the teas: I found them too bitter and earthy. My favourite herbal tea, though, is Twining's Salted Caramel Green Tea so maybe I'm a bad person to judge this.It came with a wee booklet to tell you about the benefits of each herb included, but not which herb is in which tea so I'm not sure how helpful it really is.I haven't noticed any effects, but I really have enjoyed the process of making and drinking these 3 teas every day... it's sort of become a little ceremonial, or meditative: I take a few minutes to sit and drink my tea, and it's been really nice. I would just have enjoyed it even more if the teas tasted good. I've picked up a new habit, though, so I'm going to carry on with the 3 cups of tea throughout the day - it's very calming in and of itself.Lastly, the price: it's just too, too expensive for what it is. It is ridiculously over-priced for what you get. But, the idea is a lovely one, and I get the feeling this company are legitimately trying to put good stuff out into the world, so it's still 3 stars.

I have taken all 21 days and feel more focus and energetic since the first week. I am going now for my next box, really like it!

I love drinking tea but usually only drink breakfast tea with milk.I have tried different herbal teas and fruit teas over the years but have never found anything I like but the blends of these herbal teas are really good. The flavours are really subtle, and genuinely taste good. They are definitely a good alternative to breakfast tea. It’s not clear which herb combinations are in each tea bag which would be useful for the booklet that comes in the box which is really well presented and does detail which herbs are used and their benefits. Overall the packaging and presentation of this tea is lovely and would make a brilliant gift for any tea lover. The price is quite high but it is a 21 day plan to kick start you into new healthier habits rather so would be good a gift or a yearly/6 monthly detox. As for it’s long term benefits of brain training I’m not sure, but introducing these herbs into your life certainly won’t do any harm.

I wonderfully designed program that helps you achieve balance every day, I love the fact that each tea supports you to feel your best at every time of the day. It's a powerful blend of so many herbs that I am a fan of. My favourite is evening delight as makes you feel relaxed in the evenings before bed which is what i need.
