The picture is true to color (purple). Sizing is dependent on how you like it. I got a medium thinking it would be to form fitting but it wasn’t. It shaped to me. If you want form fitting I suggest sizing down one. No pockets, can be dressed up or down, pulls on and stretches, not see through, long but just enough not to walk on, no plunge and modest.

I came to Amazon shopping after my black workhorse dress bit the dust. I got the black and the ink blue. What a pretty color! I am tall usually a 14/16 and the xl fits well. It will need shapewear and a jacket for the office. I would wear a thin belt to define the waist. The fabric is soft and a little thin but acceptable. Dress it up with a necklace. It falls perhaps an inch above my ankle. I don't think it would survive alot of washing machine and dryer so I will wash by hand. I like it well enough to buy a second back up in the ink blue.

I really love this dress. It’s a bit thin and slinky, but has the matte cottony hand to the fabric. Drapes nicely, washed up perfect with no wrinkles out of the dryer, no apparent shrink. I mean, I dont have the tall sleek body this kind of dress is meant for, but it’s so comfortable and the fabric flows with you, and the dark color hides the drop shadows and imperfections, so it makes me feel like I look really good. And the navy is a nice soft dark navy, not the almost black navy, so it goes with all the teal and grey and purple and green in my wardrobe. I am normally a size 12/14, hippy, 38D, and XL fits well, a little huggy at the curves, but still skims and moves. Its not snug enough to stretch the fabric noticeably. I am 5’8” and it skims my ankle bones.

Dress was beautiful wore it for my gender reveal! but it is very very see through. i had to go to walmart & buy a black dress undercover. but other than that it was so nice!!!

I'm 5'3", 115lbs. I wanted a long t-shirt white dress, I knew this is probably see through, but I would wear a shirt or denim jacket over it to somehow cover my asset, so I bought it. It's too long and wide for my body and they didn't have XS. I might hem up the shoulder part since the armhole is too low, see if it fix the length issue, not sure about the width. Maybe darker colors look better, but I think it worths only $15.
