Mother Goose's Pajama Party Hardcover – Picture Book, October 27, 2015

love this book. The story is cute and the illustrations are beautiful. Fun way to integrate the nursery rhyme characters into their own story. We found at the library and couldn't stop reading it, so we purchased it. Great book for kids and to pass down.

Only Mother Goose could write in the stars with such flair! Every child would love to get a message inviting them to story time at Mother Goose's house. What a fantastic place that would be. With the magic of books children can be in that wonderful place. Eating cake and wearing comfy jammies Mother Goose's children get to have story time before settling down for the night with a tuck and a kiss. Makes me want to be there, too! Surprise, the story doesn't end. Mother Goose's rhymes make an appearance in the back of the book so her tales can be learned and refresh the memories of those who already know them. The art is so beautiful and dynamic! This is a great paring of author and artist. Any child who gets this book as a gift will be thrilled.

This is the perfect addition to my 3 and 5 year old's collection of bedtime books. I am very picky about the books that I select to purchase. I usually will not make a purchase without previewing the book at the library, however, I made an exception for this one, and it did not disappoint! The illustrations are beautiful and charming, whimsical enough to captivate both children. I have read Mother goose rhymes to them since they were babies, so they were familiar with most of the ones included in this book. I am very pleased with this purchase!

This is by far my favorite nursery rhyme book ever! I am so grateful that the nursery rhymes are in the back of the book. That way my kids can understand where the characters, introduced in the book, came from. Nursery Rhymes are becoming a thing of the past now. I'm so glad that they are being freshly introduced in this book.

This is a great book. My granddaughter (just a little over 1) loves it. We read it at least once every day. The rhyming is great and it is beautifully illustrated.

Bought it for my daughters kindergarten teacher for a end of the year gift. She loved it!
