Rowlinson Garden Products Willington Hardwood Armchair Honey Brown

It seemed like a great chair until it arrived and the arm was splintered. There was a similar issue with a previous one. It appears as though the wood has not been treated properly - not really acceptable for a relatively expensive chair. I encountered huge problems with the return - the Hermes courier refused to take it saying it was too big. I spent at least five or six hours in total chasing the return and repeatedly printing off labels. It finally went (along with the summer) and I am waiting for my refund. Amazon were alright in themselves (they made a small gesture of compensation) but unable to coordinate the courier adequately. A real shame as I am now a chair short of a set.
