Fine for mincing 2/3 kilos didn’t overheat

A value item that performs
Easy to use with multiple grade of shredder, perfect with biggest shredder BUT if using fine mincer it tends to overheat in constant use, stopping and starting eliminates this, becomes noisy when hot, easy to disassemble and clean with a bottle brush. Overall fair value for occasional use.

Mincer.
I used it to make mince from steak. It worked. But the plates have lost the colour and have gone black ? Is that normal ?
