Great Ingredients But a LOT of Pills to Take Daily
ALL of the ingredients in this supplement are very good - D3, Zinc, Vitamin C, Elderberry, Garlic, Olive Leaf Extract (an especially powerful anti-viral/bacterial), Oregano Leaf Extract and the others. It's just that the dosage is 6 pills per day to get the amounts listed on the bottle label. I take a lot of supplement already and really can't fathom adding 6 more pills to it. I've actually taken these types of capsules apart and put the powder inside another container and then added it to smoothies or other drinks just to avoid the excessive number of pills. It's a bit time consuming but worth it. But, I do believe that if you take the 6 pills/day you will be doing your immune system a great service.

Far too many a day
I just about fell over when I saw how many you have to take every day. I'm used to a 90 count bottle of supplements lasing 90 days, or maybe 45 days if you have to use two. But six a day? So this really becomes a poor value when you extrapolate how much you'll pay every month, since this 90 count bottle will just last 2 weeks...

Too much and not enough...
The amount of capsules...six per day...and the amount of immune support provided...is too many capsules and too little immune support. While the ingredients listed do boost immunity, the capsules’ delivery is inadequate.

Too many pills; caused stomach upset
I take mushroom and elderberry supplements, as well as vitamin D, to help with my immune system because I suffer from an autoimmune disorder, and my functional medicine doctor recommended them to help improve my immune response. I liked the idea of these, as well as the fact that they also contain vitamin C (my current supplement has very little). However, before I ordered them, I didn't realize it was recommended to take 6 pills/day! That makes this a 15 day supply for just under $19. I have each of these supplements individually (at least the ones recommended by my doctor), and this doesn't contain the one ingredient that my doctor insists I take for immune system improvement: mushrooms. So, I still have to take the mushroom blend on top of 6 of these, and my B12. It's too much. I will stick to the good quality multivitamin I have, as well as the mushroom supplement, because neither my tummy nor my wallet can handle the high demand of these supplements. Also, they're not USP certified (or any kind of certified, except for the facility), so how do I know I'm even getting what they promise, and in which doses?IMO, there's nothing about this particular supplement that would cause me to continue taking it, but if you think it works for you, and it doesn't upset your gut, I didn't experience any negative side-effects (other than a bellyache--even though I tried them with and without food), so I don't think there's anything wrong with it.

Large capsules, many great herbs and vitamins in one
This supplement is full of great vitamins and herbs for immune support. It actually replaced multiple supplements I take in the same amount of dosages (the magnesium, vitamin c, and part of the vitamin d). The capsules are easier to swallow than tablets but they are on the larger side so they may be difficult for some people to swallow. They also have a very strong taste and smell from the turmeric and maybe oregano. One of the capsules we're broken so there's dust over all of them. The recommended dosage is 6 capsules at a time. That's not super convenient but ok. This will be great to take during winter when common illness is going around. I haven't noticed any pain relieving effects from the turmeric. I recommend although I haven't taken long enough to tell effects.

You get a lot in a big yellow capsule
I had to put on my reading glasses to read all these: I didn't recognize all of them:Quercetin is new to me. In the dose of 6 capsules a day this is probably too much of a kidney load for old me.Most of these herbs, minerals and vitamins are healthy and found in many other products. But some are unique in this product and good.

Too many capsules, not enough doses per jar
This is a very nice formula, with a lot of healthful ingredients. There is only one problem, which is rather a large one.And that is that to achieve a full "dose" of this supplement (over an entire day), as recommended on the packaging, one must take not two, or three or even four capsules, but six. As recommended that comes to two capsules per meal. That's a lot of capsules, and I'm not sure why the formula was set up in this concentration with so many capsules per dose.In other words, the jar of 90 capsules delivers just 15 full doses of this supplement formula. Not even a full month but one day more than two weeks. So if you were planning to take this over the long term as an immune system booster, I'd say it's not worth it.You can get a lot of these supplements in other combinations and other formulas, and I already take many of them.As much as I like the idea of this combination, in theory, I wouldn't buy this formula again.Too many supplements is tough on your kidneys and can do you more harm than good in the end.
