This is the first time I've left a review for a supplement, because in most cases, how can you tell? Pain, however, is a different story. I've suffered from arthritis pain in my knees, shoulders, spine and ankles for many years. My entire spine is involved, though my lower back pain is from a bulging disk I obtained in a car accident, and arthritis set in. I have no cartilage left in my left ankle or knees. I also have bursitis in both shoulders and both hips. On a scale of 1 to 10, all these joints have rated a 10. I have often taken strong meds for pain, and needed several surgical procedures. Still, I deal with a lot of pain. When I first ordered these supplements, I didnt have particularly high hopes, but I did have a, lets wait and see attitude. Gradually, some of my pain began to diminish, until i had my final results, and to me, they were amazing. The pain from bursitis in my knees and shoulders is gone almost 100%. The aching in these areas was terrible at night. I often couldn't sleep it was so severe. Even strong pain medicine only helped a small amount. Now? I only have pain every now and then, and when i do, it isnt nearly as bad as it was. I can now sleep without having to turn over every hour or so, in an attempt to ease the pain on the side i was lying on. It has reduced the pain of my upper and middle middle back about 35%. I did not receive any relief in my lower back. It has helped my knees by about 20%. Not as high as other areas, but i am still grateful. It also has helped reduce the pain in my ankles by about 20%. I am thrilled about how the bursitis has reacted, but apparently arthritis doesn't respond as well, but it makes a noticeable difference. I am very ☺ i tried this supplement, and would recommend it. I’m a victim of Lupron Depot injections for female reproductive diseases (fibroids + stage 4 endo). I had been on and off Lupron and Depot Provera for several years, this caused major issues with the hip area I was repeatedly injected. I do have some bone loss as a result as well. There is a lot of pain and stiffness in my hips, I’ve been taking these for less than a week and I notice a difference. I’m very happy.

1. I LOVE that this comes in a glass jar.2. Pills are fairly large - Label suggests 4 tablets a day with food (you may take 2 tablets twice per day if 4 at once is too much) luckily for me I don't usually have issues swallowing pills.3. The pills left a yellow residue on my fingers after touching them to put them in my pill organizer for the week. (Pictured) I did see another reviewer mention this as well. If the product worked, this would be a very minor issue for me.**Update: this product made no difference for me unfortunately. I will not be purchasing again**I purchased this product in hopes to relieve my knee pain. My knees started bothering me about 8 years ago (when going up stairs, bending, squatting, etc.) Lots of cracking, pain and grinding. I recently started working out more and the pain has gotten much worse. I am going to begin with 2 capsules daily and if I dont see any positive gains, i will increase to the recommended 4. I will keep you posted!

I was surprised how quickly these helped lessen the pain in my SI joint. But the pills are huge and kept sticking in my throat--in my gullet actually. I reluctantly switched to another brand.

I absolutely love Garden of Life products, and this is the first one I haven't been completely sold on. The ingredients are fantastic, and I have a degenerative joint condition, so I really need to be taking a supplement for joint health. That being said, I haven't been taking it for that long, so I can't really speak to how well they work. I will update later when I can make a better assessment.These are a little intense. They are bright, bright yellow, and stain everything they touch. I have to wash my hands after taking them, and have to be careful not to accidentally touch my clothes in the meantime. The smell/taste is also pretty terrible - kind of like eating plants. I have to swallow these as quickly as possible to avoid tasting them and gagging.

I purchased this product for my severe knee pain due to torn meniscus and arthritis. I wanted to try a product which has purity and quality and this product from Garden of Life met the requirements. Also, there were many great reviews. I have been taking the recommended dose amount religiously for couple of weeks and I can not go without it. I take a capsule every 4-5 hours. My knee pain has not completely dissapeared but there is a great difference in the quality of my life and I am able to do normal everyday activities. The only down size is the smell of the capsule when I swallow them. A small price to pay for pain relief.
