Absolutely stunning chairs, true to color. A little harder than expected but I'm sure they will soften up

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT WHAT SO EVER! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS COMICAL. I EMAILED THEM POLITELY ASKING THEM FOR A REPLACEMENT PIECE BECAUSE I RECEIVED A CHAIR WITH RUST ON IT. THEY REPLIED WITH “WE DONT HAVE THAT PART ON HAND USE A BRILLO PAD” ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!! RUN RUN RUN! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CHEAPLY MADE.UPDATE:My review does not change as my replacement has yet again came rusted and damaged. It’s such a shame because this was a beautiful chair! But this company clearly has MAJOR quality issues and is not worth the high price tag. If I were you I’d look somewhere else.

Customer service is non-existent and like others, I only received half the order!Additionally, the color on the front of the chair is different than the back.Extremely disappointing!!

Beautiful chair, terrible quality. Legs peeled coming out of the box!!! Returned ASAP. Underneath it was gold color. Not a good look.

A beautiful high quality chair. It fits exactly what I needed for. Easy to assemble , it took me less than 5 minutes to assemble. Delivery within the time frame they posted. The only issue I have is when I ordered it , it was a set of two and but I got one . I sent the seller a message but they want me to provide them with a different order number. I kept saying it was the same order when but no response after that. The chair is perfect but two expensive for the price unless you get two for that price. I would give it five stars if the sent me 2 chairs.

The legs on these chairs, while stunning, seemed like they may be super thin and unstable. That being said, I made sure they were returnable before I ordered. Glad to say, there was NO need. They are sturdy, easy to assemble, and extremely elegant. I get compliments from anyone who walks by them, and I awkwardly always make sure to flip them around so anyone I know can see the back! If you're on the fence about these, GET THEM!

The chair looks amazing, a little lighter link then I expected but I wouldn’t take the star away for that. The chair is hard as hell to sit on. Hopefully after time it softens. Putting a pillow behind you on the chair helps.Also an update...I ordered a second one and screws were missing and that’s in amazon not the manufacturer. The packaging was not put back together and everything was loose in the box. I think the screws fell out in travel.
