Great product
Elderly Mom lives with us and fell out of bed one night, hitting her head on the bedside table. Bruised and concussed, bruises lasted for a month! The next day we ordered this product and she feels safer and we do too!

They fit fine; the rails are low
These rails are ok. We put them on my grandmother's brand new adjustable double bed. PROs: They fit fine; the rails are low, unobtrusive and keep her secure. CONs: There is a little more movement than we hoped for but it is definitely an upgrade from her twin hospital bed that we are going to keep them; they are a little pricey for what you get but medical equipment seems to be in general, well, overpriced.

Bad directions, not worth the money paid
The directions were terrible. Had no clear idea on where and how to use the straps. This should have taken 6 minutes to install but we spent over an hour trying to figure out what the U bar was and where and how to affix straps. After all this, I wish we had bought a 59 dollar one that just shoved under the mattress. Not worth the money.
