Installed in couch with 6 motors total, lasted 28 days! This battery, unlike the one sold by the major furniture outlets, lets you recharge it while still plugged in. If you ever had to unbolt a different product from a bracket to charge it, and then reinstall it, you know what a game changer this one is. My only complaint is the low battery beep is hard to silence, if it starts at an inconvenient moment. Would definitely buy again.Update: One year of use, still get at least 3 weeks in between charges, would still buy again.

I purchased this battery pack to use on a recliner sofa that sits in the middle of a room and I did not want the unsafe condition of wires running across the floor to a power outlet. My sofa is a LazBoy, which uses a five pin connector but the battery pack had a two pin connector. I thought that I could secure an adapter easily enough as the LazBoy connector appeared to be a standard DIN connector. However, it is not standard. I searched the net for a suitable adapter and could not find one so I contacted FreeMotion and asked where I could find one. They immediately replied that they would send me one if I could send them my order details for their P50. They made good on this promise and the battery pack is now in place and working perfectly. The pack appears to hold enough charge for normal use for at least a week or two, checking the remaining power level is as easy as pressing a single button and viewing how many of a series of easily visible indicator lights light up, charging can be performed while the battery pack is in place. I plan to simply attach a power cord once a week or so before retiring one evening and unplugging this power cord in the morning. The response I got from FreeMotion regarding the adapter was oustanding - just what customer service should be and alas too rarely is today. This is a very good product from a superior company and I am today ordering a second unit (a higher capacity P75) for use on my other sofa which is located where normal power cords are OK but the battery pack will still eliminate the need to keep the power cord safely snaked to the wall socket - a gain in visual appeal and a small but sigificant safety improvement. Once again, I can highly recommend both product and company.

Well I received this battery on July 18 2024,I charged it overnight and it has been working without a second charge and it is now September 13 2024 and it is still going strong. Definitely recommend this battery!!

feels good.. works as intended - if your going to get one get the largest one you can get - the 5000mah last about a day or 2 before having to charge it.

This thing is awesome!!! Got tired of our iRobot vacuum running over the power cord. This instantly eliminated that issue. Since installing it with the mount they offer it's been operating perfectly and still have yet to need a charge. As of righting all bars are still lit up charged, I figure it'll be another 2 months before we need to charge it. Definitely a good buy.

I had to order one to replace the first one which failed in less than three charge cycle, without any beeping sound (less than 11 months). Since then I have been getting a runaround. They first asked for details an$ photographs which I sent promptly. They then asked me to mail back the battery at my own expense so they can verify my issue. Really?!! It costs a tidy sum to mail it because it weighs so much. I have decided not to throw good money after bad based on their pathetic customer service.

Was easy to install. Disconnect the original transformer and plug the battery supply into the cable feeding the motor.Expensive for what it is, but it works great. Includes everything you need.

We had this battery 8 months before having to re-charged it on a on a regular basis, now is having to be recharged every 2-3 weeks and is only 18 months old. Very expensive battery to only last that long.
