I absolutely love this item. It is good quality and sturdy. Just what I was looking for.

Got this today. The roller parts doesn't fit. It's too long. Am I supposed to trim it down to fit? Didn't come with any hardware or instructions.

It arrived without the actual bar to hold the roll. UPDATE! I was breaking down the box and styrofoam and bam! there’s the roll barn neatly tucked in, safe for shipping.

We have a log home and western theme. Everyone who has seen it has commented on how unique and fun it is. It’s plastic resin but looks absolutely like a miniature real saddle. It holds even the large size roll of toilet paper. On thing missing is a template for screw placement and screws. My husband was able to make a template and he had screws that fit the hanger holes. It can be a little difficult to hang.

This is a ceramic holder. It comes with nothing to adhere it to a wall. The two small dimples to mount it are very open so how is one expected to keep it fixed to the wall w/o it coming off completely? It looks clever but good luck trying to mount it w/o breaking it as is what happened to me. Save your $$$.
