I have to admit I was pretty desperate and fairly sceptical when I purchased this product. I've been suffering with brain fog, low mood , hot flushes and poor sleep now for over a year. The 2 bottles arrived on Friday and I took the night time (sleep aid) capsule with my evening meal as instructed. Id had a rough night the night before so wasn't sure if the unbroken nights sleep was a result of the capsule or exhaustion. Continuing to take the doses as directed for the next 2 days. I'm on day 3 and I'm seeing an improvement. Definitely slept better last night, haven't had a hot flush for about 24 hours and 'I'm thinking clearer today than I have in a long while. Also - less emotional. If its a £1 for this - I'm having it. I seriously recommend these, HRT was my next stop and hopefully now I wont have to go down that road.

Requested these because I suffer from awful menopause flushes, I keep a diary and on a bad day/night I had 42 flushes that was so strong I had to just stay still and let it pass, palpitations and dreadful anxiety. I don’t take HRT because I can’t ( I’m happy to take anything that will give me some normality). I’ve been taking the day tablets for a week now and at first haven’t noticed any change, day 7 it occurred to me that I had sat reading a book for over an hour and hadn’t frantically grabbed my fan to cool my face! So a week on and I think the tablets are helping.I was a bit confused by the combination bottles, day and night, it wasn’t overly clear if you can take them side by side. The night sleep aid does say can take alongside menopause tablets but the bottle says multi menopause, I presume they are the same but really shouldn’t have to presume. I did message the company but no reply as yet. I downloaded the app which in my opinion just felt like a data grab, I know it would need a lot of information but personally I wasn’t keen. The app does point you to CBT to help which is good, a lot of people don’t think of CBT and menopause but it’s worth a look. I deleted the app, not my thing but maybe useful for others.Still not sure if I’m doubling up on ingredients if I take both bottles so will wait to get confirmation from the company. For now I’m very happy I have had the chance to try these tablets as they do seem a bit expensive.

Two packs of capsules from Health and Her. One is to aid your sleep and the other to help with menopause symptoms. I do have trouble staying asleep which is why I decided to try these. My daughter is just starting the menopause so I decided to get the menopausal for her to test.The sleep aid capsules have absolutely helped me. I took on the first night and whilst I did wake I dropped back to sleep almost immediately which is unusual for me. I have been taking now for nearly a week and my sleep pattern has improved dramatically. I am impressed.Likewise the menopause capsules my daughter has been trying have eased her symptoms a little. The awful flushes have calmed down and also she is sleeping better and her skin is improving also. These capsules are vegan and easy to take. I recommend as they seem to work and anything that helps me get a decent night sleep has to be worth it in my book.

These are a lovely quality - they come in glass bottles and the supplements themselves are a good size so not difficult to swallow. You get both day and night supplements. This product also comes with an app you can download to log symptoms and get advice, read articles and access specialist support yiu need to pay for.Ive been taking these for around 2 weeks. I didn't find they got rid of my symptoms but I would say they reduced - especially bloating and night sweats and I think I'm losing less hair when I wash it. Given it is really hot at the moment, its probably not the best time to be testing these but so far I've been pleased with the results.I was given this product to try with no obligation to provide a positive review.

From the first night I took these I discovered my flushes were reduced by half at least and with no adverse effects, such as tummy upset. They contain everything one needs for menopause and after completing the course I'm a convert. I will now put my hand in my pocket and buy some.

These are very good.They definitely work in relieving menopause symptoms - especially hot sweats etc.The night ones are also a good idea and helps to give you a better night sleep - still not perfect but definitely see an improvement.These are expensive but so far, I think they’re worth it.
