Inadequate packaging
The box came with a big hole made from the drain in the unit. This drain is not circular anymore, however the function is probably unaffected. UPS wanted to send back the unit, but I think it can work.A lot more padding has to be added for future shipments. Product seems good, packaging consisted of cardbord only, no foam or aircushions.
