It an excellent product very good quality. I use it for baking and it’s very good.

Small tear started on the bag seem and leaked I to the packaging. Not a big deal but could be improved.

I use this amountg the other 6 million ingredients needed to make a viable gf loaf.Obviously it's a little tricky to single out one ingredient from many, but everything works together to make very nice gluten free loaf.

I purchased it as an alternative to thickener granules (which seem to have vanished from shops). Seems good, easy to avoid lumps.

Arrived quickly, good packaging. I’ve only used it a couple of times so far but it dissolved easily, no flavour, made me feel full so I ate half of what I normally would. I’m sure I’ll purchase again from this supplier.

I found that even in small doses it lowered my blood pressure so went into the bin.
