And it is GF as well. This is really a terrific alternative to regular bread crumbs. You cannot imagine the flavor it adds to fish, chicken or even meat loaf. We highly recommend this product to all - even those who do not require a GF diet.

Terrible ... I bought these based on the reviews and big mistake. They soak up oil like a sponge. My eggplant ended up a big oily mess, had to throw it out. Yes, the pan was hot enough, I've been cooking eggplant for 30 yrs. The taste is not great either. would not buy again or recommend.

great product. For those of us who are gluten free they add that wonderful crunch to fried items, yet they are not greasy, because the corn does not soak up the oil like rice bread crumbs. Wish they were GMO Free
