Great little fan
I have a 1985 RV Ford E350 with the 460 motor. I switched out the crappy clutch fan and went electric 3 years ago and went with a 2400 CFM Derale fan with a dial adjustment thermostat. I had some room for one more fan that I needed at idle with the AC on on 90+ degree days as my temp gauge would very slowly creep. I picked up a 8 inch Perma-cool that was rated at 2400 CFM's. Nice little fan but there was no way it was 2400 CFM. I had room for a nine inch so I did some research and I ordered this fan and compared the two and it was like night and day and it fit perfectly. This little fan is a monster, it cools my rig down quickly with the Derale, she isn't quiet but not too loud, I am curious what the straight blade version sounds like as I went with the curved so that it would be quieter cruising through campgrounds. This is a radiator fan for sure not a trans--cooler fan like the Perma-Cool is IMHO. If this fan fits your application buy it. You will not be disappointed.
