After 2 years installed the light began to cut on and off, then would not work at all. Called customer service and in less than 5 minutes a new one was being shipped (with an updated LED driver to fix the issue) at no cost and with no hassle under the 10 year warranty. I wish it had not died, but that happens. More important is that the customer service was great and fixed the issue. CSA is in the USA and speaks english which isn't always the case.

I have now purchased 4 sets (6 packs) of these lights for my mini-storage business over the last 2 years. I’m happy to say they are much brighter than the old HPS lights, with a truer white light. I have just had the first failure. I called the customer service number and a very nice lady named Ava answered immediately and was very helpful. She offered to send a replacement right away. I’ve been very happy with these lights and would highly recommend to others.

FOLLOW UP - just had another one die. This time they sent a replacement with only a phone call - great customer service! I'm still in search of replacement drivers for future issues.-------------I've purchased four of these in the last 18 months and I've already had to replace two of them. The drivers tend to go bad as other reviewers have stated. (side note, if anyone has a link to replacement drivers that work in this light, I would love that info!)The first time I contacted warranty service, they wanted the light shipped back at my expense because I was outside of the 45 day window. When I read the website now, they promise return shipping up to a year, so I'm not sure if that is a recent change. To avoid the hassle of returning and leaving a hole in the wall while I waited, I went ahead and placed another order and returned the bad one on the same order through Amazon.The second time I contacted warranty service, they simply wanted a copy of the invoice and a picture of the light "not working." They immediately shipped me a replacement, sent me tracking, and did not ask for the non-functioning product to be returned to them.Going forward, I hope the durability of the drivers improves. Also, I would be happy with just a replacement driver as they are super easy to install - 2 minutes tops. If you can install the light to begin with, the driver alone is simple - much simpler than taking the bad light down and installing a new one. It would save them money as well - win/win!I would give only 3 stars based on good performance but poor reliability. However, the ease of the most recent warranty replacement experience earns a 4 star rating.

Well made quality product that met my needs.

Light is bright, durable and pretty awesome. The only downside is that it is NOT dimable. I bought a brand new dimmer for the light and it simply blinked repeatedly until I put an actual switch on it.

I bought this to replace a pair of 150w floodlights on the backside of my house. For the money, this is a nice unit. The LEDriver looks standard but the led panel, it looks custom so I'm not sure if it is replaceable. Anyhow, my only beef with the unit is it is fairly thin metal and will flex quite a bit making it difficult to install on surfaces that are not perfectly flat. There is a rubber gasket behind the unit that is quite hard to compress so you almost need to get a recessed junction box In behind it so you can screw down to it and compress the gasket. Then you can use the three screw holes to mount it to the siding or concrete or brick. I didn't have a junction box so I just screwed it to the siding and added washers till it was flat. It is up in the airbaboutv18 feet and shoots a lot of light. Way more than the floodlights.

As an electrical contractor, I’ve installed a lot wall packs. This fixture is built as good as any name brand I’ve had experience with. It has 1/2 in threaded hubs on each side, top and back. It has a glass lens and soiled aluminum construction. The lens pivots off like most others. There are two closure screws that have o-rings holding the screws on the fixture, a real plus when working off a ladder. The only question I have is in reliability. So many of the first LED fixtures had failures customers have been unhappy. I will try to remember to come back in a year and give an update.

Shine out and down. Perfect for security at the office. Shipped perfectly, quickly and safely. Electrician had them up in less than an hour and installed.Adding to my feedback, I have changed my stars to 1/5 because the pack stopped working. For LED, there is no way it should die before 12 months. My electrician checked it again and it is burnt out. Very disappointed. Phone number for this company does not work online, I have sent two messages for help. NOt feeling very confident with Warranty service at this time. I ordered another light today and had to pay a duty fee for it this year to cross the border that was not applied last year!! Discouraged with this.

This is a great lamp so far , easy install since it can be split in half. Installation was quick and the light is extremely bright. I’ll update if it changes

Work 11 month, and now the light goes low and high randomly... I contact the seller, and he give me a full refund

Bought two of these lights.... one works great but one has stopped working. Looking for warranty replacement.
