The price was good. Product seems to be ok for what it's used for, light items to hang on the windshield. If used you will ha e to cover the 1 1/2" wide metal strap all the way across the back so it doesn't scratch up the windshield. I double some thick rubber double sided mounding tape. I haven't taken it off to see if it has moved any yet.The bottom 3 holes to mount will have to be redrilled to match stock ferring bolts from 1/2 to 1 1/8" in either direction.If you're ok with working on something to make it fit this is the product for you

Definitely not a one size fits all. No difficult to size for my ride. Used a heavy duty scissor to get the center screw hole deep enough (1/4") for where I needed the bags to sit on my dashboard, very easy. Used the center bolt to line things up, a marker to make measurements for the left and right screw holes (had to drill those out). Placed heavy duty Gorilla tape on the metal strip on the back that the bags are rivetted onto to prevent scratching the windshield. I suggest placing the windshield back in place for a final fitment. In my case, I had to trim one side about 1/4" to even it up behind my non-stock windshield. Looks and functions great. Check to make sure that your fairing gasket is seated tightly to prevent water from entering. Love the metal twist locks too. Were a little stiff, put a drop of dry graphite on each one, they work great!! Worth the money, lots of storage and they look good too.

Yes, it has a sharp metal support. Yes, it will scratch your windshield. Put some black electrical tape over it and the problem is solved. Not only that, but also it hides the shiny metal from being seen from the other side, it blends the color into the bag itself. All that being said, its not horrible for the price.

06 VTX1300c after market fairing and windshield so had to mod slots a little and duct tape metal on back to protect windshield, but exactly what I wanted and expected. Love it so far. Will update quality at a later date, if no update, well, you know it's still good. 1-8-22

Even though the description said it was fit for my Street Glide, it did not fit. The holes for the screws on the front of the windshield did not match. If I did not want it for a long ride I had already planned I would have returned the bag. I had to made some adjustments to make it fit. The quality is good for thirty five dollars.

The back was all metal and scratched the windshield. Didn't fit the bike and had to figure out a way to make it work. Then once we got it on there fine. The latches don't stay closed they twist with the bumps and open up.

Product is good value for what you pay for it. I was hit with an additional Courier shipping bill for shipping to Canada after I rec'd the product and had it on my bike. So make sure to get proper shipping from this vendor as with the additional $40 shipping cost on top of what the Vendor charged for Shipping I would not have purchased.
