They sent me a rusted tip clamp.
The file with the clamp was rusted. The clamp had little scratches on the metal part but it wasn't a matter of concern. However, the rusted file was a big disappointment.

Very easy to use and extremely useful for repairing cue tips

Good product but limited usage.
As a clamp it is good for 9MM (Snooker sticks) doesn't work on 11 &13 MM ( pool cues).
