ETEN Dropper Seatpost Black, 27.2mmx100mm

It goes up and down fine. I am an old guy who found it hard to swing a leg over the seat on my street bike. I can lower the seat when stopped for easier entry and exit so I didn't need a remote control. orks great. I will buy another for another bike.

I was a little skeptical with this but wanted to try it for my new gravel bike. Coming from the mtb world using a hydraulic dropper I wasn’t sure what to expect but this has been a really nice accessory for the bike. Works great, easy one-hand operation; worth it for sure for the price especially if you want a plug-and-play dropper without having to worry about cable routing, etc.

A dropper seat post makes a world of difference on the trail. The KS eten filled the void of not having one. I will never ride without one again.

First experience with a dropper post and I couldn’t be happier. I’m not a downhill rider but rather a full size folding bike user. This post allows me to easily drop the seat for transporting. I love that there are no cables to route with this post. It’s a simple lever under the seat.

Great for what it is. Very sturdy and well made. Lever works well although it can be dangerous to take a hand off your grip to engage it on the mountain.

Got this for Christmas and used it for three rides totaling twenty miles and it stopped working, it wouldn't stay up. I removed it to find all the fluid leaked out. Now it's too late to return to Amazon, it's over 30 days. So I have to pay to send it back to California to the manufacture. I don't even know if I want a replacement if they are that bad.Update.....Got it back after repairs by the factory, it didn't even last for the first ride and it collapsed again, won't stay up. I guess I waisted another $15 by sending it back to them to fix under warranty. I think I'm done, this could go o indefinitely.

Stopped functioning properly in five rides...not even two weeks old. I contacted KS Lev direct and oh dear God...I've never had a worse customer service experience. Tried 3 separate times to use the online return form that the rep insisted upon and it never worked. He never offered to take the necessary information manually and initiate a return or replacement and when I requested that he do so he just ghosted me altogether. I ultimately returned the product for a full refund via Amazon.
