The quality of this cheese is very good. I LOVE the flavor. And the crumbly, crystallized texture far surpass anything I'm able to find at the grocery store. No complaints about the product itself... Unfortunately, my husband has autoimmune/digestive issues, and cannot partake. The cheese and ice pack were both hot by the time the package arrived at my doorstep, so we cannot be assured that the end product is safe for someone with a sensitive stomach to consume. This perishable item was shipped overnight, but FedEx was an entire day late delivering it.Not per se the seller's fault, but something to be wary of.

Good cheese but its sharpness was underwhelming.
Good cheese but I was underwhelmed at how mild this 5 year cheese was. It was very good but just missed the mark for my expectations for a cheese of this age.
