Great little book
I bought this updated version to replace my well used and batter splashed 2nd Edition.Very pleased to see a lot of new recipes. Great instructions and photos. A great little book!

Great muffin book
So far I have tried about 7 of these recipes and every one has worked great. I am now called "the muffin king" in my family, thanks for a great book

Cannot be faulted
I think this is the 5th or 6th copy of this book I've bought. The first fell apart from overuse, the second got ruined by spilled muffin mix, the third is still in use - but tatty - and the rest (including this one) were bought as gifts. The bran and cinnamon muffins are outstanding.The recipes are clear and easy-to-follow. Just take care with the sugar content, over subsequent editions this has been creeping up. The 'plain' muffins started with 85 g of sugar (the amount we still use, and an amount that makes a perfectly good muffin), but more recent copies suggest 110-130 g. This was a gift so I've not checked the amounts, but I see that other reviews indicate that the recipes are now a little bit healthier.When you see how easy it is to make fabulous fresh muffins you'll forever resent paying a third or more of the book price on a substandard muffin in a high street coffee shop.This book, and large silicone Lékué muffin cases (pricey but very worthwhile), some flour, milk, sugar, oil and chocolate flakes make a great way to start the day. Enjoy.

Brilliant little book.
I bought my first copy of this book several editions and years ago. It’s been my go-to recipe book for making quick and interesting little cakes. I then bought an updated edition a couple of years ago. I’ve also bought several copies as gifts which have been much appreciated after people had sampled some of my cakes. Lots of great ideas and easy to adapt fruit, nuts etc to what I have in my store cupboard.

THE best muffin recipe book!
Was recommended the first edition of this book separately by 2 fantastic bakers, one Canadian & 1 American as being great for British bakers & I've loved it & used it over & over again over the years. This edition brings it up to date & has new recipes & looks as if it'll become as loved as it's predecessor

Best muffin book out there
I had the 3rd edition of this book and made every flavour and people loved them - so much so they asked me for book details - they have bought this 4th edition so treated myself and great new flavours!!Just made chocolate and beetroot and delicious!!Highly recommend, simple and great resultsTreat yourself to some tulip muffin cases which make them look very professional!

Healthier updated version of original book.
Updated version of the original book previously sold through Lakeland. My well loved original was never returned after numerous borrowings so bought as a replacement. Failsafe recipes taking in to account modern dietary changes. Lower sugar and fat content make this a healthier recipe book than the original. Quick delivery, delicious recipes, love it.
