If you consider this just as a mountain bike, it stacks up pretty well against its competition. Dual suspension, quality components from suppliers; it's tough and built to last, and looks great too. But where this bike really comes into a league of its own is when you consider its incredible folding frame. For so many people, space is at a premium, whether it's storage space at home, space in the car, or even space on public transport. This bike allows you to keep all the fun of a mountain bike even in tight spaces. Great Bike! Fantastic Customer Service!
Put my order in and got the bike right away. I wanted two of them, one for me and one for my wife, but ordered just one first to see what I thought. Took me about 45 minutes to unpack (was really packed well), assemble (was pretty easy) and to make a few adjustments to the front brakes. I was very pleased with the quality of the bike and was very pleased with how everything worked. The foldup feature worked exactly as expected and is reasonably easy to do. The only negative I noticed, and this was mentioned in some of the reviews, is that the seat, even at its lowest setting, is a little high. I was afraid that my wife, who is 5'4", would object. So I didn't say anything about my concern and just had her try it out. I noticed that she struggled just a little getting on but she didn't say anything. She rode it around a little and when I asked her what she thought, she said that she liked it and told me to go ahead and order another one! Although I have not yet put any miles on it to really test it out, it seems like this bike should more than do the job for tails rated up to difficult. Trail ratings of "very difficult" and "extreme" might be beyond the long-term mechanical capacity of this bike. But, I'm not an expert so I could be underestimating the bike's ability (durability) at the more difficult trail levels!Update: May 10, 2016 We liked this bike so well that we purchased another one so that my wife and I would both have one. Second bike arrived, but had a damaged rear derailer. Contacted the company by phone. They emailed me a Fed X return sticker and at the same time shipped a new bike. I put the damaged bike back in the box, took it to Fed X, they scanned the bar code from the email sent to me by the company and we were done. No cost to me to return the damaged bike. New bike arrived two days later and works perfect! The whole return process was totally hassle free. GREAT customer service from the company! If you are in the market for a folding mountain bike at a reasonable price, look no farther!!

Regret to buy it, don't waste your money and time
As a folding bike, it's to heavy and bulky; as a 18-speed bike, I can't feel the difference between speeds. The seat is too hard (so you will need to buy another one) and too high to ride comfortably. If you're shorter than the 5'10", your feet can't step on the ground. However, if you're above 5'10", when you turn, your foot will touch the front wheel and that's very dangerous. I think it needs some adjustments of professional technicians, but this will waste my time. It has already cost a lot of effort to assemble it!!! Unpacking and assembling are not easy at all. And because it's so big, returning is troublesome. Now it's nothing but a nuisance. Don't be fooled by product description and the cheap price, it will cost you more. Totally a big trash.

Cool bike, just be ready for possible maintenance.
Unpacking it was fun, new bike, new toy, new way to get some exercise! However a lot of the bubble wrap and plastic was stuck between parts and had to spend some extra time yanking them out. Putting the bike together was fairly simple,we had to remove a brake pad to fit the front tire on and the handle bars were quite the challenge. Only after we got them into place did we notice that the break levers could turn and would of make fitting it easier. We got the bike put together and the steering wheel and seat aligned. The rod for the seat was too long and couldn't lower it than what I'd like to have it at because the suspension got in the way. The seat is comfortable enough, but because of the rod, I may still replace it.Now as far as the test run went, I rode it a fair bit down the road before I ran into a problem and had to walk the bike back. The wheel tilted and was getting itself locked on the frame/kickstand. After a bit of trial and error, we loosened the nut on the back tire, too a rubber mallet and pushed the chain side back to realign things. We also re adjust the back brakes so they didn't rub on the tire so much.In the end it's a good bike for the price, just be prepare for some maintenance. Even on the lowest gear it is a fair workout to pedal.tl;drBe sure everything is tightened and secure before going on on a long bike ride, and bring the tool included in the box with you, just in case!I'm 5'9" and roughly 185 pounds.

Decent bike, but unreliable
This bike is decent but needs a ton of mechanical fixes to make it rideable. I've been riding this bike a little over a month and have never been able to have a smooth ride. The seat is very uncomfortable and will need replacing immediately. The gears on this bike have been popping since the day I first received the bike even with multiple tweaks. The folding feature is very nice on this bike, which allows for easy transport via a trunk. I would love to give this bike a higher review, but without significant adjustments (to the point where you either need to be extremely bike savvy or be a bicycle mechanic), you'll be unable to ride this bike reliably.

DO NOT PURCHASE UNLESS 7 FOOT TALL
Seat is not adjustable unless you are 6 feet tall and have a 7 foot tall friend that borrows it! This $200 bike now that I have taken it out of the box and put the thing together over the past 2 days will sit in my hallway. The seat is so high that unless you are over 6 foot tall will not work for you. You cannot adjust it because the frame stops it from lowering. I doubt I can even return it, So not worth it! This bike bites. The tools that come with bike are not enough to put he bike together. Save your box! once you try to [ut it together you will want to return it. I dont have box and no recommendation from seller on how to return!

the gears don’t turn very easily and the hardware the bike comes with is horrible ...
Seat is extremely uncomfortable and high... the gears don’t turn very easily and the hardware the bike comes with is horrible cheap. The weld job is sad and sloppy... Unfortunately we are returning this and spending money elsewhere. It also is very hard to “stow” takes two people to push it together...
