My 5 year old loves this series of books. Quite funny and easy to read and listen to

Great price funny story , we have since completed the collection of these stories , they are so funny and interesting for my boy who's 6 with the attention span of an ant but will and read all off these one after another

Yet another excellent addition to this superb series of books. If my kids ever grow out of these I'm getting them for myself. Superb humour, illustrations, rhyming and wordplay. Frog continues his quest with cat and dog by his side to tell all animals what they must now sit on rhyming style. It works on different levels as it uses A to Z this time for alphabet learning, some nonsense words for phonics, rhyming words and some interesting animal choices that make you really think about how to sound them out. There some animals I had never heard of so we need to research a bit now! The illustrations have so much in them to discuss and amuse, even a nod to the Oi Top Trumps game. The end sets up a possible next story with aliens and nonsense words which would be great for phonics alien words practice so fingers crossed for that. There's a lovely key workers dedication too due to the art being completed during lock down. Our three year old loves the pictures while our six and eight year old love the cheeky humour. The fold out sections are a nice touch too. Brilliant!

This book is fun to read as are all the ones in this series. .The art work is colourful and funny . Great story , entertaining and easy to read .

Oi Aardvark! is another great addition to the series. We haven't read all of the books in the series but really enjoyed this one and the alphabet aspect is a fun way to introduce letters into the story.With a new letter on each page I wondered how we were going to get an animal for everyone one but the book succeeds and even has lots of unusual animals we had never heard of before along with their rhyming item pair. The way this book is alphabet and still a story is great as it helps the children see and start to recognise some of the letters whilst it still being in story form. This is great as some alphabet books can become repetitive and boring when no story isn't involved.The illustrations are colourful and fun and show us some of the silly things that happen in the book and the animals which a lot of them we hadn't heard of before. The special fold out page was a bit of a disappointment though. With it being mentioned on the cover it sounds more interesting than it is, in reality it's just the next pages of the book on two fold out pages, it's no different to the rest of the book!The children loved this book and they giggled at the story throughout. An entertaining read that helps us learn some letters and new animals too.

The Oi series is amazing. I have bought most of them both for my kids and as presents for others. This one in particular is great to practice the ABCs in a fun and engaging way.

Excellent book to add to the collection! Totally recommended!
