I love this water but the second of three cases a few leaked maybe because of the handling delivered since maybe it don’t say what it is but the aluminum that is under this knob that you turn was falling inside the water so that could be dangerous for choking hazard. I’m concerned about that and don’t think I’ll be buying this water unless it’s put in something else.i see in aluminum bottles maybe I’ll look into that because the water is good

It's great to have pure spring water in much safer packaging that is also environmentally responsible. I wish other water distributors would also provide their products in environmentally responsible packaging so that we could reduce plastic waste from our environment and micro plastics in our bodies.

Arrived quickly--the same day! They are perfect containers of water for the environmentally minded. Spring water in a bio-degradable container. I'm very please with the product.

We’ve been buying these constantly since the fires both this size and the 16.9- both can have leakage issues but these larger ones are particularly bad and the last two boxes I ordered nearly all of them were dented and soggy all around the area you put your mouth. Several also had an odd smell that made me not want to drink it after opening. Some i attempted to pour in glasses to use and the water literally leaked from the seams, the mouth and several other random zones- you wouldn’t have been able to drink it without it going everywhere. I also just got nervous that if it was leaking they seems and stuff that it’s had exposure to the outside air and might have bacteria or mold. I’d been trying too buy more of these larger sized ones bc we consume so much water and I had so many of the 16.9 ones in our trash/recycling but now I guess I’ll go back to the smaller—although tbh I’ve had several of those leak as well. Maybe they’re made bad? Maybe it’s that they’re not protected enough in delivery? I’m not sure but it’s annoying and I’m looking for alternatives that have no issues and aren’t plastic

The size of the bottle is great for carrying in your hand when you have to use a walker. The bottle is not heavy.

The water tastes great, came on time and I can't stop drinking it! I love that there is no plastic on it, in it or near it, and that waxed cardboard solves that problem. But this is heavy and cannot be packed in a larger box with other items or the pour spout breaks off and water leaks all over everything else in the carton! I told customer service that as mine leaked all over everything. So just to make sure, I will never order anything at the same time again or I will just go to Whole Foods and get it myself!

I love the idea of no plastic, which is one of several reasons I bottle-boxed water. The price is high, yet I will repurchase. There is no smell in each box. I wish more people would start using boxed water. It is easy to open, and the water does not spill all over you.
