This is my son's favorite tea - not too sweet, not too bitter. I order this regularly from Amazon.com because it's a tiny bit cheaper than buying them at the local store. I'll order again. I just hope there's a better discount for repeat customers like me.

It’s a fair value, decent taste, good color, fine texture and quality. All around okay. Nothing to note really. I think there is a bit of an acquired taste to it, but after 3 or 4 you’ll be like “yes this is good I need more”

Listing says it is a bulk multi pack deal, implying it is 144 bottles. NOT TRUE! It only includes one pack at three times the price. More importantly, this is not returnable/refundable. Huge Rip-off! Love Ito En green tea, but would never pay over $40 for just 12 bottles!
