What is the mounting Bracket dimensions?

Can you turn and reel the hose back onto the wheel when the wheel is swung against the wall ?

Is the color beige? the pictures look dark grey. i need to know for sure before i order it.

I need to mount this on acornerand have it swing out to the left clearing the corner with the reel, is this poosible?
