It took a minute to find the settings I preferred. But now that I did I don’t want to take it off. I found with repeated use it really helps my mood. And really helps me unwind. It works great for helping me cope with nerve pain from a shoulder injury and fibromyalgia. My husband loves it for his pain and stiffness from working ten hour days at a desk. Has a great battery life and easy to use instructions.

Finally, some pain relief! This is the 3rd TENS unit I've owned, the other two I've had were okay, but we're not as effective as this Pohaku unit. I had to place my previous units for over an hour to feel relief from my neck and shoulder pain. The intensity of this unit is amazingly strong.The Pohaku unit also has muscle stimulation settings (PMS functions) which is really works out the muscles instead of just zapping it with current. My other units did not have this feature, so this is a much appreciated feature.The quality of the Pohaku unit is top shelf! The unit recharges in less than 20 minutes, so am able to get relief right away. The settings are easy to access and the dual settings allow you to work different parts of your body at the same time... With different settings for each!I place this unit in for half an hour each night, and it has been a Godsend. I'm able to fall asleep faster and wake up with a lot less pain than ever! This is such a great TENS unit and the value for your money is definitely there. Pohaku makes a great product and I'm thankful for getting this much needed pain relief!

Great Device!My previous tens unit ran off of 9v batteries and it was very inconvenient to keep changing batteries.Luckily this unit is rechargeable and uses the same type of plug as my current tens pad attachments.The different modes work surprisingly well. I honestly thought the Massage mode was a gimmick, but it actually does simulate didn't Massage techniques.When I items a box there was a Bogo sticker inside.I simply emailed the address on the sticker and responded with my order number and address.I received a second identical unit a few days later!Great deal! And great customer serviceHighly recommend!

I occasionally have back pain and my wife has constant back and neck pain and this device really helps. We've used simpler TENS machines before but I decided to use some HSA money and splurge a bit. There are so many features that I have yet to explore nor probably won't but the easiest program gets the job done. When I get back pain, it feels impossible to bend and move and this device lets me move around again until the pain subsides. I have had it for over a year and still comes in handy. Easy to charge and the charges lasts for quite a while with no use or even with use it will go for quite some time. Definitely recommend.

Awesome tens unit and big upgrade over others I have used. It works well, lots of options, and someone to use. Best of all, it really helps with my chronic back pain and was a godsend on a recent golf trip. I love that this is rechargeable and has long battery life. It also comes with a lot more pads than competitors and they last a long time.

this is a good unit i have another one and this one has just as many settings if not more than the other one. and it seems to work better already!! love this one

I bought this to replace my TENS unit that ran on 9V batteries, which worked fine but I would always need to change the batteries often. I’m so glad that I got this rechargeable one! The battery life is superb, and I haven’t had to recharge it yet (bought this in January) and it’s way more powerful than my last unit. I love the different types of modes that you can use. The massage mode does feel like a massage - I honestly thought they were exaggerating when they named it that until I tried it. Can’t go wrong with this for pain relief.

I bought this to replace another one and was pleasantly surprised. First, the buttons are big and easy to use, especialliy those controlling the intensity. Second, it's easier/faster to switch between modes. My older unit required stepping thru the modes in 1 direction only. This one allows the user to jump between groups, then move forward or backward thru the modes in each group. The dual channel system is more flexible also, not requiring both to be on the same mode.
