Once received noticed that plastic material wasn’t as durable as I thought it would be , handle still kept getting locked and hard to lock back into position. So had to send it back.

This was the first use of this bag on a flight. I bought the set over a year ago and have only used the big luggage for road trips and such but I needed the big one finally for a domestic flight. This was the end product. Broken zipper and the wheel busted. One half was a blanket and pillow so it was DEFINITELY not heavy nor overpacked.Because it has been so long I’m sure nothing would be done so I warm you here this is cheaply made…Trust me when I say spend a little extra on a piece that will last especially if you’re using it to fly!

I reordered this bag even though the zippers broke after less than a year and a half of use with the first bag. That bag was black with gold zippers and I used it on all my travels and loved it, including a 10 day trip to Paris and London with the bag stuffed full. On a 5-night cruise to Mexico last December, the zippers broke and I could barely get the bag zipped. I decided to reorder the same bag because it is so roomy, and the interior has several compartments with zippered enclosures which make it easy to separate and store things. It is probably a bit over the standard size for carry on luggage, but I’ve had no problems using it on several different airlines, it fit the overhead bins, although a bit snugly on the smaller planes. The bag is attractive, maneuvers well and holds so much. Wish the rose gold bag also had gold zippers but it’s still very attractive. I’ve included a photo of the bags, black bag open and rose gold zipped closed.

Its lightweight design and smooth-rolling wheels make it easy to maneuver through airports. However, the handle on the larger suitcase broke on my first trip, and it only weighed 50lbs. I was able to fix it but it happened a second time so I don't trust that it won't happen again.

Glad I ordered these. Nice and elegant. Purse is made well too. Ready to travel!

Oooookay let’s get into this suitcase gurl.I absolutely love it!!! It is not only sleek and chic but it has the 360 wheels, which are EVERYTHING!!!!The other carry-on I have is 19 hardshell case but doesn’t have 360 wheel it’s the traditional drag and pull which after 6 trips I noticed it was hurting my back. (See pics for reference)This Kenneth Cole 20 inch was bigger than I anticipated in person so much so I was unsure if it was truly a carry-on but I was gonna try anyway. 😏Speed walking through JFK was a breeze as it just seamlessly glided alongside of me. Oooh my goodness NO BACK PAIN WHOOP WHOOP 🙌🏽 The outter shell is sooo sleek and the inside hunnay has a lot of features that I was pleasantly surprised to see. The craftsmanship is excellent and so is each detail inside. I also love that the width is expandable if you need it. Yasssss hunnay get this suitcase I’m sooo glad I did.

We bought this suitcase with the matching backpack, but on our last trip (having only used it prob 5 times), the corner on the suitcase was smashed in when we retrieved it from the luggage carrier. Suitcases should last more than 5 times. I am guessing the hard case of the suitcase isn't strong enough.

It's really unfortunate because I had a hard time finding luggage with the inside flap instead of just the crossed bungees on the this trip in I find my suit case on the ground with the zipper damaged I can no longer close it so its useless to me so I guess it's pooy made I don't suggest buying for the avid traveler

I really like the rich look, easy manoeuvrability, light weight, multiple compartments on the inside and attractive
