Literally perfect. Ignore the negative reviews.
This fan is amazing. I have been looking so long to find something that didn’t take up a ton of room. That would look nice on our lanai and also had good performance. This fan checks all of that. We have a very large lanai. But no ceiling fan supports. It gets too hot during the summer in Florida without air movement.I was so excited to find a tower fan that’s weather resistant. So I took a chance.First. The appearance. It looks really nice. The front is a tan/taupe color with a brushed nickel accent running down the side. The back and base is in gray. It looks very expensive for an outdoor fan.Now the performance. This fan moves some serious air. I can feel it. And see our plants blowing if it’s on high over 15 ft away. It has 4 speeds. Obviously there is some fan noise if it’s on high. It’s the air moving. I saw some people complain about that. Not sure how anyone could make a fan this powerful without hearing the air move. I actually like it. It’s soothing. However on high is about the only setting you can really hear air moving. And again it’s not loud. Just powerful. The other three speeds are pretty quiet. And still move a lot of air. The lowest setting is silent. But you can still feel air moving. I actually prefer this fan over ceiling fans. The amount of air it moves would never be able to come from a ceiling fan.Now the oscillation. People complained about this to. Most tower fans swivel the entire unit. This one does not. The fan itself does not move. But the internal grate inside does go from side to side. And it is enough movement that it covers over 8ft of left to right air movement. You can really tell. So I’m not sure what the complaint is with that. I’m assuming it was done this way to make the fan more weather resistant. The other complaint I saw was people saying the area the air comes out isn’t the whole front of the fan like most towers. That is true. However. It is 20 times stronger airflow out of that area than the strongest tower fan I’ve ever seen. I’m assuming it was designed like this intentionally for concentrated air flow. As well as rain durability. I actually prefer it in a setting where you need powerful air flow. There is no remote. Which I personally don’t care. Very nice simple lighted controls right on the front. If youre on the fence buy it. It’s a great fan. It really cuts the heat down. Even in direct sun. I love it. And we have a happy pup who lays in front of it almost all day now. Before she couldn’t stay out long. Now we cant get her in.

Cool air even in hot weather!
Really impressed by what cool air is coming out of this while sitting outside in this heat wave! I cant quite figure out how it does that but I'm enjoying the result! The fan is very strong, much stronger than "powerful" indoor fans I've brought outside to cool off. And, actually quieter then those powerful indoor fans too (I mean, its still a fan, its going to make some noise when its cranked up, but I'm pretty sensitive to noise and it hasnt been bothering me, ymmv). In fact, I like it so much that I'm probably going to buy a 2nd to replace my indoor floor fan, which is seriously weak by comparison.Pros:- puts out really cool air! Even on very hot days- powerful fan, much stronger breeze than indoor floor fans- relatively quiet for a fan this powerful- gfci is well-positioned on cors so doesn't require oversized outlet access- ok to be left outside (I do try to unplug it and put it under cover at night, but its been left outside during a few mid-day downpours without issue)- lightweight/easy to move around- looks nice- vent can optionally oscillate, albeit within a pretty narrow range. I like this because if you have it sitting close (which you'll probably want to - see con's below) then it's still blowing on you the whole time, (as oppposed to many oscillating fans that go so far to each side that they're only actually blowing on you half the time)Cons:- you still need to have it really close to you, I don't see it cooling a large outdoor space or more than probably 2, maybe 3 tops, people sitting next to one another- the air only comes out the top of the grill, which is a bit deceiving. It's a perfect height for people who are seated, so no complaints there. However, I'd love it to also push air out the bottom to cool my pup when he's lying at my feet*Untested: Bluetooth remote, it sits so close to me that it seems unnecessary.* I know, animals don't get the same cooling benefits from fans as humans do because of how our skin works, but it still seems to help a bit if it's not too crazy hot outside. I am just guessing tho, but I can say that my long haired/fluffy pup seems to enjoy the breeze (e.g., not recommending that anyone consider their pup properly cooled like we are by any fan when the weather gets really hot).

Very powerful fan, just missing a remote control feature
To me the fan is very powerful and moves a lot air. The noise level is pretty quiet at the lowest setting and does not disturb while sleeping. It gets louder with fan speed but so does the output, which is very appreciable. I wish it had a remote control feature or at the very least a resume feature, which would enable it to be turned on and off when plugged into a smart outlet. One star off for not resuming when power is restored.

Better than expected!
I admit, I had my doubts. BUT the fan has 4 speed settings and #4 blows! SO much better than I had hoped. It’s faily heavy meaning a gentle wind won’t blow it over. The power cord is heavy duty with a GFI on the plug. The app downloads super quick and it connected to the fan in literally 2 seconds! No hard to assemble instructions, easy connect, and we’ll use this fan at our pool this summer. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! And we live in the South, Savannah, GA, so we KNOW hot weather!!!

Great outdoor fan
I bought this specifically to keep mosquitos away and it worked perfectly. Great range of speeds and oscillates so it is not continuously blowing directly at you.

Great indoor fan NOT SO great outdoor fan!
Powerful even on low setting for indoors! unfortunately does not push enough air in Florida apartment balcony OUTDOOR! . Probably work better if the air vents were full length not only upper half my pic shows it even reaches down the hall so I can great fan for indoors but not for outdoors that was the reason I bought this fan way overpriced for outdoor fan so will be getting it as a gift to my daughter who has a smaller balcony probably will work better for her
