Its a varied selection of the adventurers best bits. Easy to read, even the technical bits are easy to understand. not in the same class as the long way but I've enjoyed the book and will use as a reference.

Part technical manual, part philosophical treatise, part biography and wholly wonderful. Great translate of a fascinating book. For real and armchair sailors everywhere
