Good chair
Chair 2 amazon reviewOver all a Ok chair. It was a “prime deal”. Assembly was average. Packing of the chair parts in the shipping box was horrible. Everything was moving around leaving many holes in the shipping box. However I did not see anything damaged. I did not install the arms, the arms are not adjustable in height, they do not have attachable cloth covering, the base that your arm would rest on does not swivel as on other “gaming” chairs. The lever to raise and lower the seat is confusing I have yet to figure out what “free” and “lock” mean. Other wise it functions as expected. The head rest will not stay up in the head position it is more of a neck rest. The elastic straps holding the lower back support seem “stretched” I am not sure how long this will last as you can see it pulling not he fabric of the support. The base that the seat and pneumatic cylinder attache to came out of the box with oil all over it, this must have been from manufacturing process. The pneumatic support does not have a plastic cover as many chair do, this is not a issue for me.The chair is stable rolling on tile and thick carpet, rolling is smooth and easy. Even with the chair back reclined the chair is stabile. The only thing is the base of the seat is a little tight on the thighs. It is wider than the last gaming chair I had.I would be happy with basic task chair, but it has been my experience the newer ones are very uncomfortable. I will include a pic of my old task chair and the new gaming chair for comparison.

Save your money, buy something better.
When I purchased this chair I figured it would be a decent sit. Obviously not in the realm of the $300+ chair club like a Secret Lab chair or anything but certainly not this bad. I bought my chair back in January and as of now, March, it's super uncomfortable to sit on. Let me say I'm not a big guy, 6' 180lbs. The back support is good but the seat is the problem. It feels like I'm sitting across metal bars. So bad in fact, that if I use it for over an hour it causes stiffness and lasting soreness when I get up. Almost like there's not cushion in the seat. I've taken to sitting on a throw pillow which completely defeats the purpose of a $120 chair. I filed a claim with the company and will report back here if anything significant comes of it.Edit: dropped my review down because according to the manufacturer the seat problem is cool with them and doesn't merit any kind of warranty. I use the chair 4-6 hours every week it shouldn't be this bad.Edit 2: After thoroughly scouring their website, these chairs are NOT covered under most if any of their warranty policies. The only ESS models covered are 200, 201 and 202. As this is model 6075 you will not get any help if you have any trouble with seating.

Could be better
Came with a few holes. Fabric is weak.Comfortable enough, but if leaning back it becomes unstable and starts to tip. Okay if sitting upright.Sometimes the screw holes and fabric holes didn't match up, so screwing the parts together was a little frustrating.

damaged product
took a couple weeks to get the chair. was putting it together when i noticed a huuuuuge tears in the front of the chair, then holes in the back ... see photos. so disappointed.**UPDATE** so i received my replacement chair the other day. before assembly i inspected the chair, unfortunately, there is a hole in the back, but only one (not like my original chair). because i needed a chair, i decided to accept this one. i wouldn't recommend to anyone!

Nice
This chair is overall really nice. The color is very nice and vibrant, it's comfortable and sleek. The only issue I had with it was that it was damaged upon arrival, which most likely happened during shipping.

Solid chair, just damaged
Only reason I gave this chair 3 stars instead of 5 is it shipped with some damage. Out of the box the back of the chair has a few cuts/scraps in the material on the left and two holes on the right. There are also a some scuffs on the red parts where it has some black also where it looks like the back cover might have gotten caught in machinery or some such. As for the chair relating to everything else, this is a very solid and VERY nice chair.

Butt goes flat, but alright for price.
Ok, so I'll admit that I use this chair A LOT. I've had it for a few months already, and it is holding up ok. No rips, tears, etc. The lumbar support and neck support pillows are ok, but the neck one does cause me some pain after a while, and it just doesn't fit me right. I took the arms off within a few days because they get in the way of my table, almost knocked the monitors down a couple times scooting too close. Personal preference there. Big complaint is the butt cushion is already starting to go flat, and I feel the wood underneath a bit. I weigh 135lb, so I'm not near the weight limit. For the price, this chair is all on all good, but I don't think it is all good as advertised.
