I picked this up after using the leg sleeves for a while. My forearms are a bit underdeveloped compared to my upper arms, so it's a bit tricky to get good pressure on forearms (where I often have more issues) without ending up with some light bruising above my biceps (my triceps are the larger portion). The bruising looks a little funny, but that's about it, and tame in comparison to the cupping marks from my massage therapist. These have helped with some aches and pains, and used more regularly than I've managed should make for good maintenance after arm workouts. Wish I could hit my shoulders with something now :)

I am very pleased with the Air Relax arm compression sleeve and pump. It is easy to use and really helps my arm lymphedema.

Design could have been the same as the leg compressor. The tubes on the bottom sometimes come out. They should have had a Velcro to keep the hoses on the bottom from separating from the air tube on the arm compressor. The design is not as great as the design for the one designed for the legs and I say that this is one design they should improve on. Other than that it is a great product. Has been annoying that the bottom air compressor keeps coming out because there is no bottom Velcro to keep it in place.

I had to use at least the 2nd setting to get any kind of decent result for my arms. I may try setting #3 in the future.
