I have been taking this for about a year now and really like that it has all of the vitamins I need to help keep my health good. Health experts are constantly saying to take vitamin C, Vitamin D3, Zinc and Elderberry to help keep your immune system strong.

I went through a long period of illness and finally went into remission, but was still tired all the time. A friend first sent them to me and I've been buying them ever since then. Living in the Seattle area, we tend to have low vitamin D. After a while I noticed I was getting a lot more done and when my kids got sick with a nasty cold that hung on for over a month, it only lasted two days for me! That never happens. They have a pleasant taste and they're easy to swallow for their large size.

these vitamins are big as hell… pretty sure they’re taking the ill out of me though because i was sick a few days after then was fine. they feel like horse pills though honestly. taste good though !
